Arman Padaryan
Music Manager

Born in Tbilisi, Georgia. Graduated from Yerevan State Brusov Institute in 1992 with honors and worked there till 2000 as a lecturer and international projects manager.

Internee of Dublin Institute of Technologies, Ireland, TEMPUS/TACIS program in 1996. Through Visiting Artists Program of the British Council had placements with Jazz Services and LIFT, UK, in 1999.

In 1997 started cooperation with Cadence Music Centre as a project manager and was promoted to the position of General Manager in 2000. From 2000 to 2005 organized several festivals, participated in international conferences and educating programs awarded from OSI AF Armenia, Eurasia Foundation, Felix Meritis Foundation, Kurt Weil Foundation New York and British Council. He is known as an NGO activist and journalist.

In 2002 received a proposal to become a General Manager of the Komitas State Quartet. In 2003 was invited to be a manager of the Armenian Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra. In 2004 Hover Chamber Choir of Armenia suggested him the position of a General Manager.

In 2005 together with Aram Talalyan organized the “First Yerevan Baroque Music Festival.”

The same year organized the tour of the Edinburgh Renaissance University Singers to Armenia, international exchange programs with Kultur Aktiv e.V. Germany, also tours of Armenian artists to France, Germany, Norway and Greece.

In 2006 a double CD of Hover Chamber Choir of Armenia “Surb Patarag. Armenian Divine Liturgy” produced, released and promoted world wide.

In July, Mr. Padaryan was appointed as Country Director for YerazArt, Armenia, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization committed to resolving the challenges of young musical talent in Armenia.
