YerezArt is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization committed to resolving the challenges of young musical talent in Armenia by providing professional development to talented young Armenian musicians, supporting teachers and educators in Armenia within the field of music, presenting YerazArt musicians in concert via a global stage and assisting YerazArt graduates with scholarships to prestigious music conservatories around the world.

Arman Padaryan was appointed a Country Director for YerazArt in July 2006.

This position requires to develop and implement a plan focusing on:
1. Selecting musical talent in Armenia between the ages of 8 and 17 in the classical/folk music field and acting as their representation for YerazArt
2. Taking care of all administrative duties
3. Securing concerts using contacts in Armenia, Europe, the Middle East, Russia, etc.
4. Representing YerazArt in the area of public relations in Armenia and regional countries.
5. Working with the YerazArt Executive Director in creating a strong and powerful brand for the YerazArt name in Armenia. Envision a process where the most talented young musicians in Armenia would seek an opportunity to be a part of the YerazArt program.
6. Continuing to develop the YerazArt program through constant interaction with local music schools in Armenia and Nagorno Karabagh Republic.
7. Creating a local advisory board using high profile musicians and educators.
8. Building awareness of the YerazArt program to all foreign embassies in Armenia by arranging small concerts at their embassy locations.
9. Spearhead fundraising efforts for the YerazArt program by concert sponsorship or donations.
10. Putting together an independent panel to judge talent for inclusion into the YerazArt program.
